By adding Demon Slayer RPG Bot ("the Bot") to your Discord server, or by interacting with the Bot in any server, you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Bot immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operators of Demon Slayer RPG Bot ("we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of the Bot following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Bot, consistent with Discord's own Terms of Service. By using the Bot you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
You must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service at all times. Any violation of Discord's Terms that results in your account being suspended or banned is outside our control and does not entitle you to any compensation or refund.
The Bot is provided as a free-to-use Discord RPG experience. You agree to use the Bot solely for its intended recreational purposes. The following rules apply at all times:
Violation of usage rules may result in an immediate and permanent ban from the Bot with no warning and no entitlement to refund of any purchases made.
Demon Slayer RPG Bot offers optional Premium tiers purchasable via Patreon. Premium provides cosmetic, gameplay quality-of-life, and rate-multiplier enhancements. It does not guarantee competitive outcomes.
By purchasing Premium you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All purchases made in connection with Demon Slayer RPG Bot — including but not limited to Patreon Premium subscriptions, Premium tier upgrades, and any other paid features — are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
If you have a billing dispute with Patreon itself (e.g. an unauthorised charge), please contact Patreon's support directly. We have no control over Patreon's billing infrastructure and cannot process refunds on their behalf.
By completing any purchase, you expressly waive any right to a refund and acknowledge that all digital goods have been delivered upon confirmation of your subscription or payment.
All in-game items, characters, coins, gems, fragments, and any other virtual goods within the Bot ("Virtual Items") have no real-world monetary value. Virtual Items are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only and remain our property at all times.
You acknowledge that:
Your "account" within the Bot is tied to your Discord User ID. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Discord account in connection with the Bot. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Discord account.
We store the following data to provide the Bot's services: your Discord User ID, username, in-game progress, character data, transaction history, and usage logs. This data is stored on secure servers and is not sold to third parties. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
In addition to the usage rules in Section 3, the following are strictly prohibited:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, all Virtual Items, progress, and data associated with your account may be permanently deleted.
You may stop using the Bot at any time. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of purchases made prior to termination.
The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no warranties that the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of bugs or viruses. We do not warrant that any specific features will remain available.
Downtime, data loss, or service interruptions may occur and we accept no liability for damages arising from such events.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Bot.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Demon Slayer RPG Bot is a fan-made, unofficial project. "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" and all associated characters, names, and artwork are the intellectual property of Koyoharu Gotouge and their respective licensors. We claim no ownership of these trademarks or copyrights.
The Bot's original code, system design, economy mechanics, and custom assets are our property. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our express written permission.
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may announce significant changes in our support server. Your continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
